    Each orchid flower opens for just one day. Our farmers hand-pollinate every single blossom at dawn — no exceptions.

  • 9-Month Growth
    Pods mature slowly on the vine for 9–10 months, developing their complex vanillin profile and characteristic aroma.

  • Blanching & Sweating
    Harvested pods are blanched, sweated in woolen blankets, then sun-dried for weeks turning them dark, supple, and aromatic.

  • Months of Conditioning
    Final conditioning in sealed crates draws out the deep floral, caramel, and rum-like notes that define premium Indian vanilla.
